This self paced course will help you examine your current relationship with fitness, learn to listen to the feedback your body provides, and then use this information to create a sustainable, embodied relationship with fitness.
Remember, the perfect body will never be good enough if we haven’t done the inside work.
Hi, my name is Lauren (she/her). I am a trauma-informed and trained practitioner who specializes in complex trauma, disordered eating & nervous system regulation. I am a Certified Trauma Informed Coach and NARM Practitioner. I have a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavioral Neuroscience. I am also currently working on my second degree, a masters in Counseling Psychology. I have advanced training in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Inner Relationship Focusing, Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, & Internal Family Systems. I also hold certifications in Intuitive Eating, Body Image in a Clinical Practice, Holistic Nutrition, & am a 200 hour E-RYT YACEP Yoga instructor. I am a multi-passionate practitioner who utilizes a combination of resources to help support clients through creating mental and emotional wellness.
Personally, developing a loving, embodied relationship with fitness has been one of the toughest parts of my healing journey, and it’s still something I work on every single day.
Before I was in a position to start healing my relationship with fitness, I was in a very low place, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I didn’t have a loving relationship with myself or my body. I hated the way I looked. I used exercise as a form of punishment and criticized my body constantly. To be honest, I was in a place where I hated myself.
However, identifying and understanding why I felt the way I did towards my body and towards fitness ultimately helped me to heal those relationships. I had to be patient with myself, accept support, and really take my time to learn about myself, my past experiences, and my nervous system to understand why I had such a poor relationship with fitness.
Learning to listen to my body, its signals, and feedback became the foundation to forming a respectful, embodied relationship with fitness.
I can teach you how to heal your relationship with fitness- just like I’ve taught my clients- and you can experience what freedom, confidence, and comfort feels like in your own body.
LEARN MORE ABOUT LAURENThere is ONE THING that has completely changed the game for my clients when it comes to feeling better, long term.

“I just finished working with Lauren and it honestly changed my world.”
“I was that person... I’ve never felt comfortable in my body, my weight has fluctuated my whole life, and if I wasn’t on a diet I felt so much shame. Since taking the course, for the first time I’m not so worried about what I look like. I’m not on a diet and I don’t feel guilty. I’m just listening… and living. I have the tools so I can listen to myself and figure out what makes me happy.”
