Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance & Agreement to Terms

By signing up as an affiliate for The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate program, including promotional guidelines, commission structure, intellectual property use, and compliance requirements.

The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility:
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in this program.

2. Intellectual Property & Use of Marketing Materials

All content provided to affiliates, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, videos, course materials, and written copy, remains the exclusive property of The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. Affiliates may not modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Permitted Use:

-Affiliates may use provided promotional assets on social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing to promote The Simplest Self Wellness Inc.
-Content must always be truthful and aligned with our brand values.
- Affiliate links must be clearly disclosed in compliance with FTC and advertising regulations (e.g., “This is an affiliate link, and I may earn a commission if you purchase through it.”).

Prohibited Use:

-Affiliates may not create paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) using The Simplest Self Wellness Inc.'s brand name without prior approval.
-Misleading claims about product benefits, results, or guarantees are strictly prohibited.
-Any use of our trademarks, brand name, or content in a way that misrepresents our business is grounds for termination.

3. Non-Disparagement & Brand Integrity

Affiliates agree to maintain a positive and professional representation of The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. Publicly defaming, criticizing, or making harmful statements about the company, its team, or its products is strictly prohibited.

If an affiliate has concerns or issues, they agree to discuss them privately with The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. team rather than posting publicly.

Violation of this policy may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

4. Commission Structure & Payment Terms

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate link.
• Discounted Sales: If a customer uses the affiliate’s 10% coupon code, the commission is based on the final discounted price.
• Payment Method: Commissions are paid via PayPal on the 25th of each month. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email.
• Receipts & Tax Responsibility:
• The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. does not provide tax forms or invoices for affiliate payouts.
• Affiliates are responsible for reporting their earnings and handling any applicable taxes.

5. Right to Modify Commission Rates & Terms

The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. reserves the right to change the affiliate commission structure, payment terms, or other program guidelines at any time.

Affiliates will be notified before changes take effect, and continued participation in the program will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Payment Only for Verified Sales

• Commissions are only paid for completed sales tracked through The Simplest Self Wellness Inc.'s affiliate system.
• If a technical error prevents tracking, The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. is not responsible for untracked commissions unless a verified issue is confirmed.
• Self-purchases using an affiliate link or fraudulent activity (e.g., fake referrals) are strictly prohibited and may result in loss of commissions and removal from the program.

7. Compliance with Advertising & Disclosure Laws

Affiliates must adhere to all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including:

• FTC (U.S.) & other international disclosure requirements: Affiliates must disclose their financial relationship with The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. when promoting products.
• No false advertising: Claims about product benefits must be truthful and not misleading.
• Ethical marketing: Affiliates may not engage in spammy, misleading, or aggressive sales tactics.

The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. is not responsible for legal violations by affiliates. Affiliates agree to indemnify the company against any claims resulting from their promotional activities.

8. Termination & Loss of Commissions for Misconduct

The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program under the following circumstances:

• Failure to comply with advertising regulations or disclosure requirements.
• Use of misleading, false, or unethical marketing tactics.
• Engaging in spam, deceptive practices, or brand misrepresentation.
• Association of The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. with harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content.

Termination results in immediate loss of unpaid commissions and removal from the program.

9. Right to Remove Affiliates at Any Time

The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. reserves the right to remove any affiliate at its sole discretion, even if they have followed all guidelines. This may occur if:
• The affiliate’s promotion style does not align with The Simplest Self Wellness Inc.'s brand values.
• The company believes continued association may be harmful to its reputation.
• The affiliate’s engagement does not reflect the mission of The Simplest Self Wellness Inc.

Decisions regarding removal are final and not subject to appeal.

10. Liability & Customer Claims

• The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. is not responsible for customer disputes, refunds, or complaints resulting from misinformation provided by affiliates.
• If a customer files a claim based on an affiliate’s false or misleading marketing, the affiliate assumes responsibility for any resulting legal or financial consequences.
• Affiliates may not promise results, refunds, or guarantees that differ from The Simplest Self Wellness Inc.'s official policies.

11. Monitoring & Compliance Checks

To ensure compliance, The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. reserves the right to:

• Monitor affiliate promotions, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Request information on where and how affiliate links are being shared.
• Revoke access for affiliates who fail to disclose marketing methods or use unethical tactics.

Affiliates must comply with any requests for transparency regarding their promotional activities.

12. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. Affiliate Program, affiliates confirm that they:
• Have read and agreed to these terms & conditions.
• Understand their responsibilities in promoting The Simplest Self Wellness Inc. ethically.
• Accept the commission structure, payment terms, and compliance requirements.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
