Healthy Coping:

We will be covering:
  • How to expand your own toolbox
  • Your coping story (learning about shadow comforts)
  • Understanding the concept of trauma in general. (REMEMBER: IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE HUGE AND SCARY FOR IT TO MATTER
  • Self care &  self advocacy
  • Resilience, and why tough love doesn’t work

Food and Intuitive Eating: 

We’ll be covering:
  • Trauma, stress, and food
  • Your food story
  • Diet culture
  • Binge eating and emotional eating
  • Food as self care
  • Tying it all together

Integration Week

(This is a week free of new content so you don’t feel overwhelmed, and so you can practice what you’re learning as we go. We’ll still have our calls and will continue to process together via the FB group, emails, and on IG)

Body Image + Moving Past Bad Body Thoughts:

Body Image issues are one of the key things my clients and I focus on in our sessions. I will teach you how to change the way you perceive your reflection in the mirror.
  • Trauma, stress, and body image
  • Your body image story - How you’re going to rewrite your bad body talk
  • Somatic Experience (WTF is that, and why does it matter?)
  • Social media and body image (yikes!)
  • Tying it all together

Post Traumatic Growth:

This is your ability to use the trauma, trials, and tribulations that you’ve been through as a tool to move forward with more freedom
  • What is PTG (Post Traumatic Growth)
  • Your Story (All the shit you’ve been through)
  • Communication
  • Boundaries
  • Tying it all together

Integration Week

Self Worth:

This is where all of the previous concepts come together. Self worth is believing that -- when you strip everything away -- you’re still worthy. This is hard work, and we’re going to do it together. YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH.

  • Let’s talk about shame and how to leave it behind
  • Shitty thoughts and moving past them
  • Tying it all together

Now What? Creating LASTING Change:

My goal for you is to not just learn this information, but to integrate it into your everyday life and continue to embody this new way of thinking after you complete this program. It’s my life’s mission to help you feel more freedom around food, body image, and self worth.
