Our 1:1 coaching combines trauma informed, science based, and somatic principles, with the intent to gently encourage forward momentum and healing within a client’s life. heart

This 3 or 6 month trauma informed life coaching program will help you cultivate awareness around your current coping mechanisms and how they are impacting your present day life. From there, we will begin to unpack feelings of shame, self sabotage and identify your current limiting beliefs. We will then help you to reconnect back to your body, repair attachment wounds and discover what post traumatic growth looks like for you.

*Because we are a trauma informed business, it is our mission as a practice to create accessibility in the programs that we offer. With that, we have options for: 3 or 6 month coaching program (12 weekly or bi-weekly sessions), sliding scale rate for the program, extended payment plan options. After the IY program, clients have the option to continue calls with a sliding scale of $110 - $155 per call

Really get clear on the intention and the focus of this work. What you’re struggling with, and where you would like to be. All about creating trust and safety within the client coach relationship.

Get to know your current story & relearning your relationship to your present day survival strategies:

Begin to understand the science and why around why you are the way you are. Getting to know how your past survival strategies are now impacting your present day life. Beginning to unpack and shift the narrative from shame to self compassion.

Reconnect with your body:

Begin to implement somatic tools and resources to help you begin to feel safe in your body and move through emotions with greater ease.

Saturation:

Taking this work and saturating it into other areas of your life, such as body, food, relationships, finances, spiritual health etc.

Post traumatic growth:

This is your ability to use the trauma, trials and tribulations that you've been through as a tool to move forward with more freedom. The goal for you is to not just learn this information, but to integrate it into your everyday life and continue to embody the new way of thinking.

HOW IT WORKS:

Each client’s work is individualized to help create forward momentum and healing. Our practice consists of both helping professionals and mental health professionals who specialize in trauma healing, emotional regulation, and intuitive eating.
